Malware - Short for malicious software, is software designed to infiltrate or damage a computer system without the owner's informed consent.
Managed Services - (IT) services provider manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to their clients. Common services provided include remote network, desktop and security monitoring, patch management and remote data back-up, as well as technical assistance.

Metro IP - A computer network that covers a metropolitan area. It is commonly used as a metropolitan access network to connect subscribers and businesses to a larger service network or the Internet. Businesses can also connect branch offices to their Intranet.
Monitoring - Use of a system that constantly monitors a computer network for slow or failing components and that notifies the network administrator in case of outages via email, pager or other alarms.
